繰越損失金とは

これまでに「未処理損失」と呼ばれていたものは、その期間に純損失が発生した際に生じる資本のマイナス勘定を指します。前期からの繰り越し利益や任意積立金などを活用して補填されることがありますが、その措置が取られずに次の会計期間へと持ち越された場合、次期の繰越損失となってしまいます。これは株主総会の決議により決まります。
