組織カルチャーとは

「組織カルチャー」とは、「各企業やその構成員たちが意識的に、そして持続的に育成し続けてきた独特な価値観や行動基準、そしてルール」のことを指します。これらは、従来からの社員の活動や応答、そして外部からの影響が集積していき、慣習となることで養成されています。

企業カルチャーとは少々異なり、組織カルチャーは特定の小集団において形成されます。そのため、同一の会社内であっても、部署によってはその価値観に違いが見られる場合もあります。

要するに、組織カルチャーは社員が意図的に行動を起こすことで積み上げられていき、慣習化した共通の認識を生み出します。そして組織カルチャーが浸透することで、組織には一体感が育まれ、社員一人一人が主体的に行動を起こせる環境が整います。
