アクションラーニングとは

「アクションラーニング」とは、具体的な問題をグループで討議し、解答策を立案して実施、そしてその結果を振り返ることで個人や組織の進歩を促す学習方式です。1930年代にイギリスで誕生し、問題解決スキルとリーダーシップ育成の効果的な方法として全世界に普及しています。さまざまな業種でその効果を示しています。

アクションラーニングは、通常、次の手順で1セッションを行います。
1．アクションラーニングの事前準備
全ての参加者が同じチームの一員として意識を持つことで、以下の事項を実行します。
