保有在庫とは

「在庫品は必ずしも倉庫に限定されるわけではなく、特に共通品については各手段で使用されるため、各フェーズに分散されて床在庫を形成することも少なくありません。こうした全体の在庫を「保有在庫」と呼びます。これは倉庫や各フェーズだけでなく、工場全体で保有している在庫のことを指します。

保有在庫は、「現在庫」と「仕掛在庫」の２つのメインカテゴリーに大別されます。これらの動きは次の通りです。まず、品物が倉庫に入庫すると、現在庫の未割当在庫に加算されます。その後、各品物の出庫計画に基づき未割当在庫から引当済在庫に移行します。そして、品物が実際に出庫するとき、引当済在庫から仕掛在庫に移り、現場管理の対象となります。」
