裏書とは

ここでは、貿易取引に際しての裏書について述べます。輸出を例に挙げれば、輸出者は船荷証券（B/L）の裏側に署名を行い、その証券を譲渡可能な状態にします。裏書によって、証券の流通性が生まれるのです。英語では’Endorsement’と表現されます。
