階層別研修とは

階層別研修とは、企業や組織において、職位や役職によって異なるニーズを満たすための研修プロジェクトである。社員が自身の役割に必要なスキルや知識を吸収し、業績の改善や組織の成長を促進することを目指している。具体的なスキル開発アプローチとしては、①専門的スキル、②対人スキル、③抽象思考スキルの3つにカテゴライズし、それぞれに対応したカリキュラムを整備して社員のスキルレベルの向上を支援する。また、トップマネジメントや中級幹部などの組織のキーパーソンに対しては、ビジネス戦略や組織の統治についての研修も提供することがある。
