計画入出庫とは

MRPにより定められた注文は、購入品や外注品の場合、発注が行われ、内部製造品の場合は製造指示が出されます。このように注文が発行され、納品や完成が進行した商品は、出された指示に従って保管場所に格納されます。逆に、注文の指示に従って必要な商品を保管場所から取り出すこともあります。このように定められた注文に基づいて物品の保管や取り出しを行うことを、「計画入出庫」と称します。これは、さらに「計画入庫」と「計画出庫」に分割されます。一方、計画には含まれない保管や取り出しの事案は、「計画外入出庫」と呼ばれます。’
