額面とは

額面とは、有価証券の表記された金額のことを指します。ところが、商法の改正が2001年10月に施行され、単元株制度の導入を受けて、額面株式という考え方は廃止されました。その結果として、企業が発行する全ての株式は無額面株式となったのです。
