企業会計原則とは

日本でのビジネス会計の基準は”企業会計原則”と呼ばれます。全てのビジネスエンティティは、この原則に則り、財務諸表を作成します。また、全ての認定された会計士も、同様にこれらの原則に従って監査を行います。企業会計原則は以下の要素を含みます:

１．真実性の原則：完全な事実を報告すること。
２．正規の簿記の原則：すべての取引を記録すること。
３．資本取引・損益取引区別の原則：財務上の移動は適切に分類されるべきであること。
４．明瞭性の原則：財務情報はクリアで理解しやすくなければならないこと。
５．継続性の原則：会社は将来も続くと仮定すること。
６．保守主義の原則：慎重な評価と報告を行うこと。
７．単一性の原則：一貫した会計方法を使用すること。’
