立体的に重ねられたICの系統を持つ超高集積電子デバイス。通常のIC層の上には絶縁層が配備され、その頂部ではシリコン単結晶が育成されます。この結晶層を利用して新たなICが形作られ、これが何度も重ねられるプロセスを経て、各層間の配線が連結されます。
