「参謀」は古来、諸葛亮孔明や黒田官兵衛のような著名な軍師の役割を示す言葉として用いられてきました。それは組織のトップを知識と技術で支え、組織内で「最優秀なサポーター」を担う役職を指します。彼らはただトップから信用されるだけでなく、日々の業務の微細な部分にも詳しく、その洞察力は組織だけでなく社会全体に及びます。彼らは情報の収集と分析、それに基づく決断力、交渉と調整のスキル、戦略と戦術の立案に長けています。

多くの企業には”参謀”という公式な役職は存在しませんが、それでも経営者や上司、リーダーの助けとなり、困難な状況でも頼りになる「参謀役」の人材を抱えている企業は少なくありません。
