J-SOXとは

「日本版SOX法」は、企業の内部統制を強化し、情報開示の信頼性を保証する規制として金融商品取引法等で定められています。その名称の「J-SOX」に含まれる「J」は、「Japan」を指しており、これはアメリカのSOX法の日本版を意味します。ただし、日本では法律名としての「J-SOX」は存在せず、公式な書類上では金融庁等により「内部統制報告制度」と呼ばれています。「J-SOX」が目指すのは、内部統制報告書を精確に作成し、その監査を受けて提出することにより、財務報告の信頼性を担保することです。
