人材ポリシー とは

“人材ポリシー”とは、企業が自社の理念や信条を基盤に、その人的資源と人事方針の理想像や向かうべき道を定めたものであり、それにより、施行される企業の政策やプランもその意味合いに影響を受けます。この人材ポリシーを基準にして、その企業が望む人材のあり方、求められる条件、行動の規範等が導き出され、人事に関する具体的な指針が設けられます。さらに、各企業の人材ポリシーは基本的に公開され、その企業の人材に対するビジョンや考え方を人々が知ることが可能になります。
