組織再編税制とは

組織の再編成が行われ、その際に移動した資産や負債は基本的に時価で取引され、それによる譲渡損益が計算されます。この譲渡損益を先送りにする仕組みを組織再編税制と称します。この規定は、適格な組織再編成が行われたケースでのみ適用可能な特別なルールとなります。
