NISCとは

NISCという名の由来は、内閣官房に設置されている内閣サイバーセキュリティセンター（NationalcenterofIncidentreadinessandStrategyforCybersecurity）からです。この組織は、2014年に施行された「サイバーセキュリティ基本法」に基づき、内閣の監督下に設置されました。

NISCは、サイバーセキュリティへの取り組みを推進するため、様々な活動を展開しています。その一つが、情報システムに対する不正行為の監視と分析です。また、重大な問題が発生した際にはその原因を解明し、行政各部に対する監査を実施する役割も果たしています。さらに、サイバーセキュリティに関する企画立案や総合的な調整もNISCの重要な任務です。
