2027年問題とは

2020年2月、SAP社は既存のSAPERP6.0の標準保守期限を2025年末から2027年末まで2年間延ばすことを明らかにした。さらに追加の保守料金を払うことで、保守期限は最長で2030年まで拡大できるとのことだ。 以前は2025年末までの保守期限を指して”2025年問題”と称されていたが、保守期間の再延長により”2027年問題”という新たな用語も生まれている。利用しているユーザーは、2027年末までにSAPS/4HANAへの移行、または標準サポートを利用せずに現行のSAP製品を継続して使用するなどの選択を迫られる状況となっている。
