「元々、SAP社はSAPERPの保守期限を2025年で閉じ、SAPS/4HANAに移行するよう促進していました。しかし、2020年2月、保守期限を2027年末まで延長するという告知がありました。また、2028年以降もSAPS/4HANAへの移行が進行中である場合、現行の保守料金に2％追加で、2028年から2030年末までの3年間、保守サービスが提供されることになります。一方で、SAPの技術者が国内で2025年までに1万人不足するという予想がされていましたが、この更新により、その問題は軽減する見込みです。とはいえ、SAP技術者の相対的な不足問題は、依然として続く見通しです。」
