物品が取引先から納入され、入荷データが記録された日を指す。これは着荷日や受領日とも呼ばれている。特に、下請け取引の際は、購入商品の受領日が代金支払いの起算日とされ、60日以内の支払いが親事業者に義務付けられている下請法に基づき、入荷日の精確な記録は必要不可欠である。
