アカデミーというコンセプトは、それぞれのビジネスの内部で機能する大学と表現することもできます。これは、従業員のための独自の学習システム（つまり、学校のような体制）を目指しています。
自社のビジョンやポリシーを内部に深く浸透させ、理想とする人材育成を進めるためのプロセスであり、単なる”教育”以上のものとして位置づけられています。これは学習プラットフォームとして経営システムに組み込まれる一環です。
