発注点とは

「発注点手法」や「定量発注法」と称される在庫管理手法の一部分として「ReorderPoint（再注文点）」あるいは「OrderPoint（発注点）」があり、これらは頻繁に「ROP」や「OP」と略されます。この発注点は、注文から納品までの時間、具体的には購買リードタイム中に必要な在庫量を加えた程度で決められます。安全在庫量は、「L」を購買リードタイム、「t」を安全係数、「s」を標準偏差と定義し、この場合の計算式はt√Lsとなります。
