EV/EBITDA倍率とは

EV/EBITDA倍率とは、M&Aの際に企業買収の投資回収年数を評価するための基準となる値です。EV（EnterpriseValue：事業価値）をEBITDA（営業利益＋減価償却費に近い値）で割った数値がその倍率となります。

例を挙げると、もし売りに出されている企業のEBITDAが100、事業価値（EV）が1,000であった場合、EV/EBITDA倍率は1,000÷100＝10倍と計算され、その投資が約10年で回収されると推定されます。

この倍率は一般的に、増えれば増えるほど投資回収期間が長くなり、低ければ低いほど投資の元になるのが早いと解釈されます。つまり、倍率が低い案件は相対的に割安であると言えます。’
