エライザ法ELISAとは

この文は、「エライザ法」について説明したものです。この方法は、抗原抗体反応を活用し、サンプル中の特定のタンパク質（病原体やアレルギー物質など）の存在とその量を検出するために使われます。体内のサンプルには多くのタンパク質が混ざり合っているため、目当てのタンパク質を見つけ出し、その量を正確に測るためには、「特異性」（様々な物質が混ざり合った中から特定のタンパク質をどれだけ確実に見分けられるか）と「定量性」（どれだけ少量であってもその濃度を再現できるか）が必要とされます。エライザ法は、これらの条件を満たすので診断ツールとして非常に役立ちます。さらに、複雑な手順を必要としないため、迅速で手軽に分析を行うのに適しています。一部で酵素標識免疫測定法とも呼ばれています。
