「エンゲージメントサーベイ」とは、「組織と個々の社員との関係の深まり」を具現化し、データに基づいて課題を見つけ出すための社内調査の一つです。最近では、従来のES（社員満足度調査）と併用するか、あるいは代わりに導入する企業が目立ちます。連続的かつ定期的に行うパルスサーベイにより、PDCAサイクルを素早く回すことが推奨されています。数年ごとに行うだけの評価ではなく、組織との関係をコンスタントに見直すことに価値があると考えられます。
