食事摂取基準DRIsとは

これは、エネルギーや栄養素の摂取量を規定する基準についての説明です。日本では、国民全体の健康維持や向上を目指す観点から、適切なエネルギーや栄養素の摂取量が「日本人の食事摂取基準」として厚生労働大臣によって定められています。この基準は、健康増進法（2002年制定、法律第103号）を基に立てられており、栄養素の摂取量についての指標を示しています。摂取が不足しないように目指すべき量（推定平均必要量、推奨量、目安量）や、過剰摂取による健康被害を防ぐための上限値（耐容上限量）が設けられています。また、他国や国際組織でも、食事摂取基準が規定されています。’
