ジョブローテーションとは、従業員の位置を周期的に変える仕組みのことを指します。
人事異動とは似ていますが、異なる点は、人事異動が主に組織活性化のために行われるのに対し、ジョブローテーションは人材の育成を主眼に置いて行われる点です。
