ドックシェルターは、トラックやコンテナが物流センターや製造施設に投入される時に、積み込み口と荷台の間の空隙を封じる装置を指します。この装置の働きで外部からの気候の影響を軽減し、雨風や微粉塵の内部への侵入を防ぐことが可能となり、施設内部を清潔な状態で保つことができます。そのため、食品や精密機器だけでなく、衣料品などの商品を扱う倉庫などでも幅広く利用されています。
