「人的資本経営」とは、人材を価値ある”資本”と認識し、その価値を最大限に引き上げることで、企業の中長期的な価値を伸ばす経営スタイルを指します。2022年5月に発表された経済産業省の「人材版伊藤レポート2.0～人的資本経営の課題と実践事例集」では、「人的資本」の大切さと、これを実現するための変革の具体例が挙げられています。各社はその手法や方策が異なり、それぞれの現状や問題意識に合わせた行動が求められています。人的資本経営を推進するための主なアクションポイントは、①トップからの企業価値を高める強い意志の発信と②エンゲージメントを重視した内外のコミュニケーション施策の実行です。
