資産の流動化とは

財産の売却や証券化とは、具体的には資金化のプロセスを指します。資産証券化という手法を選んだ場合、特別目的会社であるSPCを活用し、資産担保券（ABS）を発表します。

このような資産の流動化には、財務諸表から資産及び負債を除去（オフバランス）するという目的があります。その結果、「格付」の向上、債務返済による金利負担の軽減、そして投資収益率（ROA）の増加が期待されます。’
