「RoHS2指令」、別名「改正RoHS指令」は、様々な化学物質の使用について規定を設ける命令書で、特に電気や電子製品に関してその対象となっています。この指令は、2003年2月に施行された初版（欧州議会・理事会の2002/95/EC指令）のアップデート版であり、その新鮮度を保つために最新版の指令は一般的に「RoHS指令」と呼ばれることがあります。改正後の指令は、元々の6つの物質についての規制に加え、新たに4つの物質が規制の対象となりました。したがって、RoHS2指令で規制される物質は合計10種類となり、これらが製品中に特定の濃度を超えて含まれていると禁止されています。
