ダブルオプトインとは

ダブルオプトイン’とは、ユーザーがメルマガを受信したり、会員として登録申請を行った後、送られてくるメールのURLをクリックし正式な登録を完了させる流れを指す。これにより、無許可での登録を防止し、個人情報保護を重視する現代社会において、ダイレクトメールの送付に最適な方式とされている。一方、承諾を一回だけで登録状態にする方法を、このダブルオプトインと比較して’single opt-in’と称する。
