デリバティブ取引とは

デリバティブ取引の定義とは、通常の金融商品である株式や債券から、さまざまな知識や金融理論を利用して作成された商品のことを指します。これらデリバティブ取引の評価は基本的には時価評価が採用されますが、その評価が適切でない場合には、ヘッジ会計が利用されることもあります。デリバティブ取引には、先渡取引、先物取引、オプション取引、スワップ取引といった種類が主に存在します。
