ノックアウト条項とは

ノックアウトオプションとは、原資産価格などが特定の額に達した際にその権利が無効化される特性を持つオプションの一種です。これにはノックアウト条項が含まれており、この条項が適用された場合、そのオプションの権利は期間中に一定の価格に到達した時点で消滅します。その結果として、オプションの評価額を減少させることが可能となります。
