「IoTセキュリティ・セーフティ・フレームワーク」、略してIoT-SSFは、2020年に経済産業省から提示された新たなガイドラインの名称であります。Society5.0の実現や、フィジカルとサイバー空間の連携が可能となるIoTとAIの進化に伴い、信頼性の保証という課題が浮き彫りになってきました。その考え方を整理し、具体化したのがこのIoT-SSFなのです。その中では、種類や使用環境によって異なるIoT機器のリスクや問題点を分類し、それぞれの状況に対するセキュリティと安全性の要求事項を提案しています。これから先、製造業やIT企業が製品開発やサービス提供を行う際には、この文書を必要な参照資料と考えるべき時代が到来しています。
