“グループポリシー(GroupPolicy)は、Microsoftのサーバーツールで、ユーザーやコンピュータの設定を一元管理する役割を果たします。この機能を活用するシステム管理者は、ActiveDirectoryサービスを介してポリシーを監視・調整することができ、さらにWindowsPowerShellを経由して設定を変更することも可能です。この際、各ポリシーはグループポリシーオブジェクト(GPO)という単位で管理されます。グループポリシーの力強さは、ネットワーク内のPC、各種デバイス、ユーザー設定を一斉に制御できる点にありますが、その一方で、これがサイバー攻撃者に狙われるリスクも生じます。”
